Anna Khizhnyak, Senior Vice President, Military Health Programs, is a highly motivated Program Manager with in-depth experience in large-scale, high-impact hardware and software development programs. Her current job involves program management of full development life cycles of MHS NCAT and MHS CDR Stabilization programs for DHIMS Program Office. The NCAT program has successfully completed on schedule and on budget requirements analysis, design, development and test phases, and is undergoing preparation for the deployment to garrison and theater sites. The AHLTA CDR Stabilization program is undergoing analysis and design steps to outline scope of the stabilization activities.  Ms. Khizhnyak holds Master’s Degree in Technical Management from the Johns Hopkins University; Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Michigan; PMP certification from the Project Management Institute; and SCRUM Master certification from the SCRUM Alliance. She also completed fundamental Defense Acquisition University systems acquisition management courses, as well as four years of pre-med and medical school studies in Kiev National Medical University, and in the University of Michigan.
