Joey Meneses Joey Meneses, Vice President, Information Technology, has over 25 years of technology management and team building experience including a detailed working knowledge of Information Technologies, Software Development, Information Security, and the Internet & eBusiness industry.  He is focused on complex technologies, architecture, strategies, competitive landscape, infrastructure, operations, production, product and developmental methodologies, standards and future technology direction.  He is an innovative multi-lingual IT leader with extensive development work in IT development, Administration, entrepreneurial vision and outstanding analytical skills. His experience include program management of the largest DoD Medical education campus (METC) infrastructure implementation to include the enterprise call center, data center, wireless, help desk, PC deployment, AV/VTC, and information assurance support.  He also led the program management and execution of a $35M budget in support of the Medical System Infrastructure Modernization (MSIM) program for the AF/SG.  He also provided program management for the deployment and implementation of the 2nd Generation Wireless and led a team in PACAF to implement the automated voice response systems for that region.  He was also the manager of operations for the Internet Emergency Response Service (IERS) for the Global Services Division – Business Recovery Services for IBM.  He holds an MS degree in Management of Information Systems at Colorado Tech, an MS from the Air Command and Staff College, and a BS degree in Management from University of Maryland.
