Katherine Virdi, Executive Vice President, Operations, has a career that spans the educational, non-profit, commercial and government contracting sectors. She has spent over 10 years in government contracting where she held a number of leadership roles in technical management, operations, human resources and personnel security. Ms. Virdi received B.A. degrees in French Studies and international Studies from the University of Richmond. She also holds M.A. degrees in French Studies and in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) from the American University. Additionally, she holds a Certificate in Human Resources Studies from Cornell University. And, in 2008, Ms. Virdi received her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). Ms. Virdi contributed two chapters to the book, An Insider’s Guide to Finding a Job.
