Kim Bahrami, Senior Vice President, Strategic Programs, has 17 years experience with DoD Military Health Systems and is knowledgeable and experienced in MHS,TMA and Service Medical operational, business and technology environments, architectures, processes and operations. From 2001-2004, she served as the State Chief Information Officer for the State of Florida where she interfaced closely with DoD and other federal organizations and businesses engaged in national, state and local public healthcare initiatives and post 09/11 planning and recovery efforts. She led a wide range of development, integration and managed service outsourcing initiatives including enterprise portal transformations, web application design, development and customization efforts, ERP implementations, enterprise technical services desk consolidations, network convergence projects and enterprise security programs. She offers special expertise in healthcare information management solution and services development with extensive experience in multi-customer, multi-vendor environments - aligning IT resources with business goals and developing and implementing service architectures for extended government enterprises.
