Bill W. Oldham, Chief Executive Officer
has served previously as Vice President, Technology Applications at Danya International; Project Director at MeduNet, a $100m international health information network project; and, was Chief Operating Officer of a Wall Street startup, IDEAglobal, providing online, real-time forecasting and analysis to the financial world. Mr. Oldham received his MBA from Manchester Business School in Manchester, England and has served as a management consultant to organizations as varied as Roche, Littlewoods plc, and Johns Hopkins University. He is also the co-author of Securing Business Intelligence - Knowledge and Cybersecurity in the Post 9/11 World, Evolvent, 2004.

Paul A. Ramsaroop, President and Chief Operating Officer
has served previously as Evolvent's Executive Vice President; Chief Information Officer, Infonomic Solutions; Chief Technology Officer, HealthCPR Technologies; Program Manager, IntelliDyne, LLC; and Senior Knowledge Engineer, Maryville Technologies. Additionally, Mr. Ramsaroop has over 7 years Computer/Aerospace Engineering experience at The Boeing Corporation/ McDonnell-Douglas Corporation. Ramsaroop also served with a non-profit organization supporting the U.S. Military stationed in Panama and assisted in providing opportunities for Military Personnel to provide humanitarian aid to the local communities.

Geoff Howard, Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer,
has a diverse background covering technology, management, and science over 15 years. Howard’s technical experience covers all aspects of software architecture and development with a focus on Internet technologies, and includes security, hardware, and networks. His experience on varied complex projects has led to an ability to apply technology and best practices effectively to accomplish business and mission objectives. Howard holds a B.A. in Physics from Cornell University.

Katherine Virdi, Senior Vice President, Operations
plans and manages Operations initiatives for Evolvent. Ms. Virdi’s career spans the educational, non-profit, commercial, and government contracting sectors. Ms. Virdi started her career in education as a Teaching Assistant at The American University, she then joined non-profit sector and worked for several years at the American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy. In 2001 Ms. Virdi entered in to government contracting and joined Axiom Resource Management and then continued her career in government contracting when she joined IntelliDyne where she held several leadership roles in technical management, human resources, personnel security during her tenure there. Ms. Virdi received B.A. degrees in French Studies and International Studies from the University of Richmond. She also holds M.A. degrees in French Studies and in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages from American University. Additionally, she has two globally recognized certificates, one in French Translation and the other to teach English as a Second Language. She also holds a Certificate of Human Resources Studies from Cornell University. And, in 2008, Ms Virdi received her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Ms. Virdi contributed two chapters to the book, An Insider’s Guide to Finding a Job: Expert Advice from America’s Top Employers and Recruiters.

Dennis Eisenstein, Senior Vice President, Chief Strategy Officer
has over 30 years experience in supporting our troops. Having spent 9 years on active duty in the United States Navy, he transitioned to civilian life where he spent 17 years at Lockheed Martin supporting the Air ASW mission. He managed the operations of the Naval Air Station, Patuxent River office as prime contractor for the P-3 and S-3 aircraft along with the associated ground based ASWOC and FHLT systems. He continued his career at SAIC for the next 11 years as the Vice President of Operations managing the Civilian Health and Life Sciences sectors (annual revenue greater than 70M) including accounts with Health and Human Services, the Veterans Administration and Fort Detrick.

Monty Nanton, Senior Vice President,
brings more than 24 years experience delivering healthcare and health information technology project management. A proven leader in military medicine with extensive experience in coordinating human, financial, and materiel resources, Mr. Nanton’s military experience encompassed responsibilities from 5 commands in both tactical and TDA environments to executive staff positions in managing medical information technology for the peninsula of South Korea, Medical Center CIO roles including a tour at BAMC, and joint initiatives in medical surveillance throughout CONUS and deployed operations. As a Senior Aviator, his exposure to the full spectrum of military healthcare from evacuation at point of injury to level 3 care, Mr. Nanton is well respected and a known SME in military medicine. He has a proven track record of technology management and implementing solutions that support organizational goals.

Guy Sherburne, Senior Vice President and Chief Security Officer
has previously served as Senior Systems Security Engineer at PEC Solutions, Inc., as Senior Systems Analyst at Troy Systems, Inc., before that, Mr. Sherburne served 26 years in the USAF – a few of his career highlights include Chief Security Inspector for the NSA Inspector General and the Air Intelligence Agency Inspector General; CENTCOM Special Security officer for Operation Southern Watch; security for the NASA Apollo-Soyouz mission post-launch debriefing; and recognized as the Strategic Air Command Information Security Program Manager of the Year. Sherburne has extensive security experience and holds certifications in NSA Computer and Tempest Security, Information Assurance Management, SCI Security and Force Protection Management.

Kimberly Bahrami, Senior Vice President,
has 17 years experience with DoD Military Health Systems and is knowledgeable and experienced in MHS,TMA and Service Medical operational, business and technology environments, architectures, processes and operations. From 2001-2004, she served as the State Chief Information Officer for the State of Florida where she interfaced closely with DoD and other federal organizations and businesses engaged in national, state and local public healthcare initiatives and post 09/11 planning and recovery efforts. She led a wide range of development, integration and managed service outsourcing initiatives including enterprise portal transformations, web application design, development and customization efforts, ERP implementations, enterprise technical services desk consolidations, network convergence projects and enterprise security programs. She offers special expertise in healthcare information management solution and services development with extensive experience in multi-customer, multi-vendor environments - aligning IT resources with business goals and developing and implementing service architectures for extended government enterprises.

John H. Daniels, Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer
, FHIMSS, FACHE, CPHIMS, CHPS, is a successful strategic and customer-focused executive with 23 years of professional experience. He is a retired Air Force officer having served as CIO of the USAF Academy Hospital in Colorado Springs, Colorado and was Senior Fellow and Vice President of IT Operations at the Harris County Hospital District in Houston, Texas. He has held CIO positions for other military medical organizations including DoD’s former Health Services Region 5, and has worked in private and military clinical settings as a mental health associate and psychometrician. John is a recognized industry thought leader currently serving on the HIMSS Board of Directors. He is also a peer reviewer for the Journal of Healthcare Information Management, a member of the ACHE Board of Governors Examination Review Course Faculty, and represents Evolvent on the Healthcare Information Technology Standards Panel. He holds a MSA degree in Health Services Administration from Central Michigan University, a BS degree in Computer Science from West Texas State University, and an AAS degree in Allied Health Sciences from the Community College of the Air Force.

Anna Worrell, Vice President, Program Management,
has more than 15 years of Program Management experience in the commercial and government health markets. She oversees and manages Evolvent’s most recent contracts in support of the Military Health System (MHS). Currently she is overseeing the MHS Healthcare Artifact and Image Management Solution where the MHS is developing an enterprise-wide imaging solution that allows essential healthcare Artifacts and Images generated during the healthcare delivery process to be accessible across the MHS and the Department of Veterans Affairs medical facilities. Previously, she managed and delivered the MHS Documents, Files, and Images (DFI) program and image-enabled the electronic clinical notes and developed a federated architecture where local images are captured at the Medical Treatment Facilities, which then populates both a local and central registry of images. Also, as the Senior Program Manager on a contract supporting the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology she was responsible for digitizing literally millions of medical records, to include active and archived records, as well as radiographs, and serving them up to clinicians and researchers using a decision support portal developed and operated under her leadership. She graduated from American University (AUB), and holds a BS in Business Administration.
