Evolvent Successfully Delivers Against New Nationwide Health Information Network Testing Requirements September 7, 2010 Evolvent Technologies, Inc., a leading provider of healthcare information technology services to the Federal Government, is assisting the Department of Defense (DoD) progress towards the Nationwide Health Information Network. Nationwide Health Information Network is a set of standards, services and policies that allow Health Information Exchange (HIE) via the Internet. This allows physicians to be able to connect with, and exchange information with, other physicians, as well as laboratories. Evolvent is among an elite class of companies that is actively involved with implementations onto the Nationwide Health Information Network via the Virtual Lifetime Electronic Record (VLER) initiatives.
